Our Services

Independent Arboricultural Reports

Our tree reports range from

Preliminary Tree Survey Reports (pre DA),

Arboricultural Impact Reports (for DA) to

QTRA Tree Risk Assessments, Vegetation Control Agreements (VCA) for trees near Western Power lines, and Arboricultural Forensic Investigations, specializing in Glyphosate poisoning and other tree criminal activities.

This all start with a Visual Tree Assessment, where we accurately and methodically  assess your tree walking 360-degrees around the tree, looking for defects, liabilities and significant weaknesses in the trees structure that might fail.

Tree Risk/Health & Safety Assessment.

We use the “QTRA” method that was established in 1990. This Tree Risk Assessment is an objective, visual arboricultural review of a tree, which uses three (3) parameters to derive a tree risk of harm. These parameters are Targets, Tree or Branch Size, and Probability of Failure, and they provide a “QTRA Risk of Harm Thresholds” of the tree/s within your property, therefore by using our recommendations to reduce the Risk of Harm to people, property and vehicles.

Tree Valuation. We use the "Helliwell System" that was established in 2008. The Helliwell System is an economic (Monetary) asset tree valuation method, which uses a number of different factors such as Canopy Size, Useful Life Expectancy, Importance of Position in Landscape, Presence of Other Trees, Trees Location and Relation to Setting and the Trees Form and Vigour to derive a score. This score is then connected to the monetary conversion factor to equate your trees valuation.

Yes, your tree/s have a dollar value and should be looked at as an asset.
